CORE CLASS SCHEDULE

Core level reformer classes progress students into a more dynamic and three-dimensional exercise repertoire, continuing to challenge the functional and fluid movements of the body.  Students must complete the CBP Principles Program before entering Core classes.

  • VIRTUAL MAT

    Virtual mat classes encourage the fundamental understanding of the basic Pilates principles for all level students. You will teach your body to strengthen and stabilize from the inside out at home LIVE or via replay.  This class gives you the opportunity to continue your practice at your comfort and convenience!

  • ALL LEVELS

    All Levels classes reinforce the fundamental understanding of the basic Pilates principles developed in the Pilates Principles training. You will continue to teach your body to strengthen and stabilize from the inside out through moderately paced yet challenging exercises.  This class gives you deeper body awareness, improved form, a stronger body and infinite possibilities for advancement!

  • INTERMEDIATE

    Intermediate classes offer a new challenge to students who have a sound understanding of the Pilates principles.  This class is enhanced with new moves and a faster pace. You must be cleared by an instructor for these classes.

  • ADVANCED

    Advanced classes are a higher level for those who have mastered the basics and are physically and mentally ready for a deeper challenge.  This class challenges students with increasingly complex choreography. Mastering exercises will require better balance, coordination and core stability. You must be cleared by an instructor for these classes.
