Our very own Karin Neidel has designed a program to combine her love for Pilates and decades of Yoga experience to bring a LYT® inspired Yoga training to Centered Body Pilates.

Chair Yoga, will allow anyone to access the benefits of yoga regardless of any age or mobility limitations. For clients who already enjoy Pilates, we encourage you to maintain your practice two times a week and enjoy the benefits adding a weekly yoga session can provide. ​​
