FUNCTIONAL YOGA

LYT® Inspired Functional Flow Yoga with Karin is an ongoing class that blends practical mat yoga postures focused on functional movement, strength, and mobility. These are key components for a long-term, sustainable movement practice. 

 

Completion of the Fundamental Yoga Series is required to attend Functional Yoga classes.​
