PILATES SERVICES:

Private Session: Enjoy a one-on-one session focusing on any or all of the Pilates apparatus as well as the mat. Private sessions are truly essential, not only to grasp the fundamentals, but also to effectively move through intermediate and eventually advanced movements. This is the ideal environment to train post-injury or rehabilitation.

Duet Session: Train on the Pilates apparatus with a friend or family member. Or the studio will match like level individuals for a physically and socially enjoyable experience.

Reformer Session: Train on the Pilates reformer in a group of up to six participants. You will move through a series of exercises and full body movements that emphasize your core musculature. All movements promote strength, stability, improved posture, and increase your overall range of motion.

Pilates Mat Class: Enjoy a Pilates mat class which uses your own body weight for resistance. This class will help to strengthen the core and will assist in improving overall strength, flexibility, and are an integral part of developing a long and lean Pilates body. Classes may integrate small props including: rings, rollers, bands and balls. Finish class feeling better body awareness, improved posture & energy!

PERSONAL TRAINING:

Circuit Training Class: A fun fast paced class incorporating your body, small props (power blocks, free weights, physioballs, weighted balls, balance discs etc.), and cardio burst training. Get together 3 of your friends/family or ask us to group you with other individuals for this class. Class goals: improved cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, core strength, improved posture and increased energy level. Learn exercises to perform at home on off days. Class meets 2 times per week.

Private Personal training: Work privately with one of our certified personal trainers. This is the Ideal environment to work towards your specific health and fitness goals. Trainers work to identify areas of weakness and to educate you on ways to incorporate exercise into your busy life. Initial sessions will include screening, assessments and goal mapping.

The studio is located within The Wellness Center. The Wellness Center houses Centered Body Pilates, Durant Physical Therapy, Carbone Chiropractic Center and Massage Energy.
