POLICIES AND FEES
*At least one private session is required prior to registering for a class.*
Registration: It is recommended that you register for all classes. Class size is limited to six for reformer classes and 9 for mat classes in order to provide individual attention and proper supervision
Packages: Class are available in individual sessions or in packages of ten and the tenth session is free. All sales are final. Packages are transferrable but not refundable. Gift certificates are available.
 Cancellation:Our studio requires at least 24 hours notice when canceling a private or semi-private appointment or group class. There will be no charge for a canceled session if another time can be worked out during the same day. (Subject to availability of the instructor.) We often have a wait-list and work diligently to fill canceled sessions. If we are able to fill your session you will not incur a fee.
We understand that situations arise that prevent giving 24 hours notice. Due to this we give one grace cancellation every 6 months.
Studio Etiquette:
• Please arrive on time for your session.
• Please come in comfortable cloting that will not restrict you and will not be too bulky for your movement.
• Please remove shoes upon entering.
• Please remain quiet and respect the ongoing sessions and turn your cell phone off.
• Bring all purses and valuables into the classroom with you
