As both a Physical Therapist and a certified Pilates Instructor her philosophy is to achieve a uniformly developed body; one that is balanced not only in alignment and symmetry but also in flexibility and strength. The Pilates Method is a tool for facilitating such an opportunity.
Throughout life Francesca has been an avid athlete believing in the importance of healthy movement in a balanced life. Francesca enjoys running and has participated in three half-marathons and just completed her first Triathlon. Her goals are to continue to challenge her body in new ways and to inspire others to live a life focused on wellness. Having three young children, Francesca and Tim incorporate healthy activities in their family life and their boys have even re-named many of the Pilates exercises as they exercise with Mom.
