We use and recommend Pilates equipment by Balanced Body--the first company to update Joseph Pilates' equipment with state-of-the-art engineering, materials and technology.

The studio is located within The Wellness Center. As a wellness facility, our principal focus is to empower individuals to control their own health and well being. The Wellness Center houses Centered Body Pilates, Durant Physical Therapy, Carbone Chiropractic Center and Massage Energy.
